Studioarch offers its customers a suitcase repair service in Rome . We have trolley spare parts from the most important suitcase brands. All repairs are carried out in the laboratory by specialized personnel and are guaranteed for two years from the repair .

You can find the service in all our stores , the staff will tell you the times and costs of the intervention. From the shop the suitcase will be transferred to the laboratory where it will be repaired. As soon as it is ready we will contact you and you can return to collect your baggage directly from the store.

We can replace almost any part of your luggage . In particular, the parts most subject to wear and therefore most frequently in need of repair are:

We have most of the official spare parts of the most important brands in the world of luggage. In the event that the parts are not available, because the luggage is too old or not branded, in agreement with the customer we carry out the repair with compatible parts, which guarantee resistance and reliability on a par with the official ones.

From the moment the product to be repaired is released at one of our stores the entire process takes a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on the availability of spare parts. In case of need and/or emergencies you can communicate it to the employee when taking charge of the repair, we will do everything to return your repaired Luggage to you in the shortest possible time.

The cost varies depending on the type of damage and its severity. To find out the price of a specific repair you can contact us via one of the methods above. One of our representatives will evaluate the type of intervention to be carried out and will quantify the times and costs.

All our repairs are guaranteed for two years, starting from the moment of release of the product.
