Shipping - Methods, times and costs
Studioarch.com takes the quality of customer service into utmost consideration and undertakes to make shipments in the shortest possible time. In particular , shipping is carried out within the working day following the day on which the order was placed .
The express couriers used are world leaders in terms of reliability and punctuality of service. The service for Italy generally provides delivery within 24 hours of shipment .
The reference number of the shipment , once made, is communicated to the Customer by email . The shipment number allows the Customer to track the shipment on the relevant courier's website .
The Customer will receive notification of shipment and will be able to agree with the courier on the delivery date and time slot and/or possibly reschedule the destination location .
Shipping fees
Shipping costs on Studioarch are free for orders over €100. For orders under €100 shipping costs amount to €4.90.
Always free returns in 30 days: methods and timing
On Studioarch returns are always free. You can return your item for any reason, as long as the following conditions are met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.
- The products must be shipped within 14 days from the time of the return request.
- Products must be in original condition, with all safety tags attached.
- The packaging must guarantee safe transport to keep the product intact during all phases of transport.

For purchases made between November 1st and December 31st Studioarch.com offers its customers a free return extension until January 31st of the following year.
To return the item :
- Enter your personal area in the "Order history and details" section and select the order and the items you intend to return. Fill out the online request, indicating the reason for the return;
- Prepare your package, preferably in the original packaging and attach the packing slip. If you cannot find the packing slip, enter the "Product return" section, select the order and print the "Return note".
- Schedule a useful date for collecting the product with our Customer Service, who will contact you following the return request.
- Wait for the courier to collect it, remember to print the waybill to place on the package for shipping.
Order refund
The refund of the order will take place in the reverse manner to the payment and will be made no later than 7 days from the return of the returned goods to our warehouses . If you have chosen Cash on Delivery as the payment method, it will be mandatory to provide a current account number to receive credit for the order.
